Based on the exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates, these classes develop core strength and core stability.
The Tuesday and Friday morning classes are suitable for beginners or for those who want to work at a gentle level. The Thursday classes work at a more advanced level and are for those who want a more challenging workout. Both classes are suitable for postnatal recovery. The teacher is a fully qualified, very experienced Pilates instructor.
