The Mindfulness Based Living Course has been developed by the Mindfulness Association to give a comprehensive introduction to mindfulness by developing it as a practice for daily life. Starting 5th February 2019.
This is an Introductory Circle being run as class every fortnight for 1.5 hours. We use Mantras as a Meditation, using sound, using the frequency of the Mantra which is capable of transforming suffering into joy.
